Towers of flowers
Two tower planters have been installed at Wemyss Bay Station, a reminder of the tiered displays of potted plants for which the station was famous years ago.
The Friends of the Station were helped by Parklea 'Branching Out' Ltd., a voluntary organisation giving practical skills training and work experience opportunities to people with special training needs, physical and sensory disabilities.
They filled the towers with compost and impatiens, which should provide a colourful display throughout the summer months.
